Hi All,
I have created One base report with lot of keyfigures and characteristics which I can see under Business Analytics -> Design Reports. For this main report I have created many sub-reports or views, which I can see under the Analysis Work centre.
I have 2 questions here
1) These sub-reports have been created on test tenant right now. Will I need to create all of them again, when I deploy my solution to Production tenant?
2) Currently all the report views that I have created are visible to all the users in the system who have access to Analysis Work centre. What can I do to make users see only reports that are relevant to their roles? For ex: a Sales Rep should only see the report view "My opportunities", whereas his Manager should see both "My opportunities" report as well as "My team's opportunities" report.
Using a key user I can only see option to assign a work centre (Analysis), I do not see an option to assign individual reports to a role.
